Halloween Costumes Shop reserves the right to take any legal action necessary to seek compensation for such unauthorized use.

Product Quality

We strive to deliver 100% quality products to you. However, if there are any issues regarding the product and it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund according to our Returns Policy. We display products as accurately as possible. Please note that minor color variances may occur between the displayed images and the physical product due to photography lighting or monitor settings, but this will not affect the overall quality of the product. We assure you that the dimensions provided are accurate.

Registration of Account

Once you register an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must inform us immediately so we can take appropriate action. For your protection and peace of mind, we do not store your credit or debit card information.

Ordering

Generally, we dispatch orders for shipping within one working day. However, if we are unable to dispatch an order within 30 business days, we will provide a full reimbursement. Orders will not be dispatched until cleared funds are received in our account, as we do not offer credit sales. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order under the following circumstances:

1) When the requested goods are unavailable or cannot be dispatched within 14 days of ordering.

2) When the payment cannot be authenticated or verified.

3) When there is an error or discrepancy in pricing or product descriptions.

4) If we detect any breach or violation of our terms and conditions.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. If prices are displayed excluding VAT, we will display the applicable VAT (as a percentage or fixed amount) separately next to the total price.

Note: In-store prices and stock availability may differ from our online store, and physical store locations cannot price-match or stock-match website offerings.

Payment

Payment must be made via PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Cheque immediately upon placing an order. If paying by cheque, you must write your order number on the reverse side of the cheque so we can match the payment to your order. If special credit arrangements are made, payment must be cleared by the agreed due date. Failure to comply gives Halloween Costumes Shop the right to:

i) Cancel or suspend current and future contracts and deliverables.

ii) Retain any payments made toward the order as deemed appropriate.

iii) Charge interest at a rate of 8% per annum until full payment is settled.

iv) Apply a £10.00 administrative fee for any returned or unpaid cheques.

Shipment

Once dispatched, your order is handed over to the courier service and delivery times will depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Halloween Costumes Shop is not liable for carrier delays once the goods have been accepted by the shipping provider. Delivery will be made to the address provided on your order or registration form, and a signature may be required upon receipt. If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will notify you. Re-shipping the parcel will incur additional delivery fees payable by the customer. If you choose not to have the package re-sent, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping fees paid to the courier.

Bailment and Pledge

If any property or external goods pass to you alongside the ordered goods, you must hold and store them as our bailee, ensuring they are protected against loss or damage. If you sell these goods, you are required to pass all proceeds (including insurance claims) to us, and we retain full right to reclaim those funds. We reserve the right at any time to recall our goods and demand immediate settlement of any outstanding payments.

Voucher Codes

If you possess a promotional discount or voucher code, you can apply it at checkout to claim the corresponding offer. Vouchers cannot be applied if expired or if minimum purchase requirements are not met. A voucher code may become invalid due to:

i) Expiration of the promotional period.

ii) Decision by management to withdraw or modify the promotion via website notification.

iii) Suspected misuse or fraudulent activity associated with the code.

Website Access

While we aim to provide 24/7 access to our website, Halloween Costumes Shop will not be held liable if the site is unavailable at any time. Website access may be suspended temporarily without notice for system repairs, updates, or routine maintenance. While we aim to minimize downtime, access cannot be guaranteed uninterrupted.
