Cancellation of Order and Returns Policy

If you want to cancel your order please notify us by phone, email or contact form on our website before we dispatch the goods for shipment. For any goods that you have already purchased but want to return to us, you may do so under the following terms and conditions:

1) You must return the goods purchased within 7 days of purchase in a totally unused and originally packaged form.

2) Before you return the goods, you must contact Halloween Costumes Shop to inform us about it. We will provide you a return form which you must complete and submit within 12 hours of delivery of the form. To facilitate the return process, you must include a return goods number that we will send you through email.

3) The goods must be in a condition so that we can display them again and resell them to another customer.

4) Goods such as underwear, makeup, or wigs must not be opened or used to be returned to us. If the tamper seal is broken, we will not accept the return. These items must not be used or unpacked.

5) You must include the delivery note or a copy of your email invoice with the returned goods so that we can verify your purchase.

6) For returns due to customer remorse, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, with no restocking fee applied, and you will be held responsible for any damage to the product until the shipment reaches us.

7) For defective products, customers can easily download and print a return label from our website, with no fees charged for the return and no restocking fee. Returns can be made either by mail or in-store.

8) You will not be refunded the shipment cost you paid at the time of purchase as it has already been used to ship the goods to you.

9) You will receive your refund once Halloween Costumes Shop has inspected the returned item and confirmed compliance with all the above terms and conditions.

10) The refund will be made to the original payment card used at the time of purchase. If the card is no longer valid, we will issue a refund via cheque payable to the cardholder’s account.

11) A £2.50 banking fee will be deducted if a refund is processed by cheque.

12) If the refund is made to a card, it may take up to 14 days to process.

13) You cannot return Halloween goods after 31st October and Christmas goods after 25th December.

14) This cancellation and return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
